Objective diagnostics — transparent, understandable, clearly priced

Diagnostics shouldn't be a black box — neither in content nor in price. That's why, with us, you know from the start which method fits your question and what it costs.

Every diagnostic question is different — and needs a different scope of diagnostics. A clear-cut suspected ADHD case in a school-age child calls for a different approach than symptoms that have remained unclear for years in an adult, where several possible diagnoses overlap. Our three service tiers reflect exactly that: from focused single-method diagnostics to comprehensive differential diagnostics for complex cases.

ADHD diagnostics (objective testing)

€290 incl. VAT

Objective assessment of the core ADHD symptoms — attention, activity, and impulsivity — using technology-supported testing methods (similar to recognized approaches such as QbTech). Instead of relying solely on observation and questionnaires, we measure core symptoms directly and objectively.

Included:

  • Structured intake conversation
  • Objective test administration (remote or in person)
  • Professional evaluation by a psychologist
  • Clear, written findings report
  • Brief feedback conversation with recommendations for next steps

Who it's for:

Children from age 6, adolescents, and adults with a clearly defined suspected ADHD case, without further complicating factors.

Time to result:

Usually a few days.

Autism diagnostics (objective testing)

€390 incl. VAT

Age-appropriate, objective screening methods for autism spectrum conditions across the entire lifespan — from gaze-based methods in early childhood, to structured behavioral observation at school age, to speech- and interaction-based methods for adolescents and adults.

Depending on age, autism screening requires different methods and generally a more involved professional evaluation than a pure attention-testing procedure.

Included:

  • Structured intake conversation
  • Age-specific testing method (selected based on age)
  • Professional evaluation by a psychologist with autism expertise
  • Clear, written findings report
  • Feedback conversation with recommendations for next steps

Who it's for:

Children, adolescents, and adults with a clearly defined suspected autism case.

Time to result:

Usually a few days to a week.

Complex cross- and differential diagnostics

€790 incl. VAT

For situations where symptoms cannot be clearly assigned to a single diagnosis — for example, suspected overlap between ADHD and autism, symptoms that have remained unclear for many years, or when other explanations (e.g. anxiety disorder, high sensitivity, effects of trauma) need to be ruled out first.

Included:

  • Extensive diagnostic intake conversation
  • Combination of several objective testing methods (e.g. attention/movement measurement, gaze behavior, auditory processing — individually assembled depending on the question)
  • Additional video analysis by our trained video analysts, where needed
  • Differentiated professional evaluation weighing possible diagnoses against each other
  • Detailed written findings report including an assessment of overlaps and exclusion diagnoses
  • In-depth feedback conversation

Who it's for:

People with long-unclear or contradictory symptoms, suspected overlapping diagnoses, or where earlier assessments have not led to a clear result.

Time to result:

Depending on the scope of methods needed, usually 1–2 weeks.

Additional add-on modules

No separate base fee, bookable in combination

Sensory profiles

Complementary screening of sensory processing (sounds, light, touch), useful as an add-on to any of the three main services.

Progress monitoring

Regular follow-up measurement to objectively track the effect of ongoing therapy or medication. Also bookable independently of an initial diagnosis.

Remote or in person

Both paths are open to you

All three service tiers can be booked remotely (via our secure testing platform) or in person at one of our partner facilities. For complex differential diagnostics, depending on the methods chosen, we often recommend a combination of both.
